They give raises, certain management team members care about their staff, pay mileage reimbursement, pay half of management cell phone bill due to usage for work.

Cons

It’s every man for themselves, not much team work, staff gossip too much and not do their jobs, they make you use your own car when they don’t have a vehicle for long periods of time, they don’t follow their own policies and it’s hard to reach upper management.
