Pros

No punishment or consequences. You can do the bare minimum (don’t break the law, endanger ‘your at risk person’, etc) You can apparently do D/D- work, be consistently tardy, and get the same pay as the worker that picks up your slack. You’re pretty much independent. It is rewarding to work with your person.

Cons

No merit raises. Starting raise does no good up for 2 years. I was asked to search for a replacement while in Emergency. I was bitten by my person. (There is training for situations like this)

Management is hit or miss Communication can be terrible at times. No 401k contribution Wages don't reflect good vs below average employees. (Everyone makes the same)

Nothing good that I have seen.

Cons

They call the wrong number for your interview, they tell you when to start and have you fill everything out then call and say never mind about the job.
