Coworkers !+ Residents !++ That's all there is.

Cons

...then you know you've got a problem. Supervisors at D.O. generally hinder more than help, as they pursue imaginary agendas no one is able to understand. Forced 24 hour shifts.

The management is horrible and it feels like you’re in a power struggle with people that got there by sucking up. Pay isn’t that great and it doesn’t increase as much
