Dungarvin’s mission is respecting and responding to the choices of people in need of supports. If you care about persons served and take initiative, then we want you. This company is very person-centered towards its staff too. I work in Employment, and we help persons served in each step of the employment process: Exploration (Is work right for you?), Discovery (Plan - What do you offer the work world?), Vocational Rehabilitation (Find - Get a customized job), and Employment Support (Support - Customized on the job support and training).

Cons

You will fall in love with your persons served. You will be disappointed by the lack of political drama. You will manage your own schedule. You will work with fun and goofy people who sometimes wear green.
