Pros

Work is fairly simple. Company is a good industry to work in. My direct boss is very nice and helpful. Don't have to work outside of normal hours almost ever, maybe have done so twice in my time here. Pay is alright for the work I do.

Cons

Pay raises could be more. Almost 0% room for growth/promotions. Benefits are alright, they eliminated the health insurance tier I was on and the only options were a very expensive one and a low tier option. Some of the management team in my department can be rude and demanding to work with.

They pay well, people are always auto g so it’s easy to het promoted.

Cons

Horrible health insurance, management doesn’t listen. Highest billing efficiency by 10%. They only care about making money rather than providing good services.
