      The individuals you serve are very rewarding

      Cons

      Poor management I was literally fired allegedly for being in the front office when I had a horrible day! I witnessed a staff arguing with a supervisor in front of the clients and they weren't fired so make it make sense!

      The team was very passionate about the work and took great care in making the clients time as enjoyable and enriching as possible.

      Cons

      The management was barely there and totally checked out. This was years ago and they have since been let go so I cannot attest to how the company is run now, but at the time those who were responsible for case management were missing critical information.
