Pros

Small enough to interact with everyone including upper management. Good Compensation. On the right track to grow into a very successful company. Quality products made in the USA.

Cons

Technologically outdated. There are lots of things that "have always been done this way" and should be updated. Communication between departments is difficult.

Pros

This is a growing company with a good niche in their market and brand recognition in the industry. The company operates in the black and isn't going out of business tomorrow. There is a lot of opportunity for people with the right personality.

Cons

There is little opportunity for career growth based on merit alone. It's a good company, but its still a "good old boy" club and if you're not in the club you aren't going anywhere. In certain departments, people are considered just warm bodies and can be replaced at any time. There are also a number of bad apples permitted to pollute the culture and still have a job.
