Standard benefits that you would get in any company

Cons

Commission structure was not reflective of the work you did Ability to advance within the company is non existent No work/life balance - we were rarely allowed to work from home Too hierarchical Team management was poor - little praise and encouragement and was more often negative

Pros

Flexible work from home depending on your team and experience (new employees need to be in office for training). Interesting industry. Free sodas, juices, and coffee.

Cons

New ownership/executive management is only interested in the bottom line. Employees have taken the back seat. Lots of layoffs occurred in the past year and a half.

There are a lot of great people to work with. There is a sense of family across multiple offices and teams.

Cons

There aren't many great training opportunities and there are more office politics than I've seen elsewhere.
