      Pros

      Great colleagues, great CEO, fast pace, long learning curve, decent pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Tendency for managers to micromanage. If a client had a complaint no matter how unwarranted, management would fall on the sword and you would suffer the consequences. Too much favoritism.
