Hybrid set-up, job stability, most convenient 'BPO' company for Lapu Lapu residents, lousy management for team leads

Cons

Hybrid set-up and if you don't want to be micromanaged big time, don't bother getting a job here. Job is way too stable that you can't even get promoted in a year or two despite being good at your job. Quarterly bonuses have been cut short by getting rid of the individual incentives.
