Pros

Remote work, friendly coworkers, and great onboarding experience all allowed me to excel in my role and become confident.

Cons

Communication is either too frequent about nothing of substance or non existent for things which impact ground workers. Pay is not great. Goal posts were continuously moved to the point where you were never sure of your job security. They do not do a great deal instilling a lot of confidence in their employees when it comes to upcoming storms.
