Thank you for taking the time to let us know your feedback on the company. We realize that the Shelton office was very impacted by the changes that resulted from the merger of SSI and RN. We know the leadership team tried to be transparent and continues to do so as the organization works through the many different facets of the integration.

The company was a much better place to work at prior to the merger with Research Now. Has been a mess since then

Great people/co workers. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and easy to get along with. Good health insurance/benefits

Cons

Little to no room to advance. Pay hardly increased over the years despite positive annual reviews. Management post merger is a bit suspect. Morale is very low due to layoffs and extreme volume of work.

I can appreciate your point of view as often with large scale mergers comes change, which can be uncomfortable and hard to navigate. We are working on trying to increase morale and I hope we’ve already made some strides.
