Pros

Fully remote work environment if you are into that

Cons

Extremely underpaid - you won't get a raise here. Minimal raise even with a promotion. You won't get any raise or promotion for an increase workload/responsibility Extremely overworked - they are understaffed and it shows to clients Poor C-Suite management decisions and it has a significant trickle down effect that the whole company feels

Dynata aims to provide fair pay and opportunities for advancement, and we annually review our compensation packages against the market rate. Your feedback on staffing and management decisions is noted. We are actively working to address these areas through trainings for leaders and communication on important company updates. Thank you for your review.

It's a No for me!

Pros

The only pros to this job are that I work from home, I make my own schedule.

Cons

I use all my own equipment, Laptop, ethernet cords, headsets and high speed internet. The biggest issue working here is the lack of communication. No one is on the same page. Management is very poor. They give generic responses to any questions asked. You are required to schedule atleast 20 hours a week but you will be lucky to maybe work 10 of those hours. They will waste your whole day to come to work for 2 hours. Management keeps going back and deleting time off of hours that I should have been paid for. The pay is terrible. There are no raises that have been given as promised. I've gotten write ups for things that are out of my control. Like not hitting a production rate. I cannot make someone take a push poll survey or make them stay on the phone. But you get wrote up if someone dont take the survey. No hours=No Production. But they don't seem to care. There's never been a day where I was happy to go to work. And for these very reasons I'll be resigning asap!

Hi, the role of a part-time telephone interviewer can be tricky because of how shifts are subject to change and how we cannot guarantee what people will be like when you’re on the phone with them. We also must set production goals to maintain the integrity of the data you collect. Being able to work from home, the flexibility, and your experiences with the people you work with are perks of the job, but it’s certainly not for everyone. We wish you all the best in what you choose to take on in future.
