Dynata looks good on a resume

Cons

It's all smoke and mirrors. Their once mighty panel has been decimated and they aren't replenishing it. They've commoditized the product so good luck selling on anything but price or relationship. Most jobs are being moved overseas.

- Flexible scheduling - Really easy job - Pretty nice management and co-workers - If you can manage to convince someone to remain on the phone with you for possibly 20-25 minutes for free, this is the job for you.

Cons

- You undergo micromanagement on YOUR OWN device which you do sign up for in the contract. But they are constantly listening to you and watching your screen like hawks as you work for a minimal amount of pay. Annoying. - On the new system we use to dial, we have to continuously click multiple times to dial and finish a call. Tiresome when making dozens of calls per hour. -Not sure if intentional or not, but they do not evenly distribute who gets to call landlines vs. cells. When dialing cells, you are constantly clicking as indicated above. When calling landlines, we utilize an automated dialing system so you are able to focus on speaking to whomever may answer their phones, vs. click, click, click. - The surveys can be worded so confusingly at some points to where when you ask those questions, you have to repeat and break it down for the person, hoping they don't become frustrated as the survey will still have another 10 minutes to go at those points usually.
