5yThank you for the positive review! While we provide career mapping to allow for advancement within the company, promotions cannot be given out simply due to time in a position. They are awarded due to going above and beyond and taking on additional roles and responsibilities, which can often take time. Although we are glad you found Dynata a nice place to work, we are sorry you were dissatisfied with the salary process. 2020 was an odd year for everyone, thanks to the pandemic, and certain processes were put on hold to keep the company financially strong during this difficult time.
