Pros

The people are friendly and thoughtful up and down the management chain. Leadership works hard to maintain our competitive dominance in the marketplace while remaining focused on career development for our people at all levels of the organization.

Cons

Extremely fast growth over the years comes with growing pains. It's time to mature and that's tough for a place that had less than 50 people ten years ago.

Free drinks, fruits and snacks every two weeks.

Cons

Micro management, long hours and weekend work, no work life balance. Clueless managers that get into post owing to sucking up to senior managers. Office politics and back stabbing. High staff turn over and will fire staff in a second if not in their boys club.
