good private health insurance. good working spaces, enviroment. good Team leaders, very flexible with posibility to work from home in days when you need.

Cons

maybe posibility to include dental plan in the private insurance.

Pros

Good salary hike, nice overall working, multiple projects on different tools keep you updated or help to stay in touch with tools such as confirmit and decipher.

Cons

Politics on team levels, specially in NA region, feels like there is always a struggle for lead. If the leaders in team are on your side no matter how much work you do or how much efficient you are it does and will not matter. No equality in terms of work efforts. There was a incident where the annual rating submitted by me, and my immediate reporting senior forced me in many aspects to change it. That left quite of an impact on me and made my mind to change and explore other oltions.
