      Hearing the ideas and opinions of like minded and non like minded people. Being able to learn information before the general public. The ability to keep ahead of the curve with politics and products. Making from $7.40 up to $10.40 depending on the quality and performance of your work.

      Culture can be fun, the company has a lot of potential to do great things if the direction was better defined and leadership worked together.

      Cons

      Lots of long hours, change is constant and not managed well. Reactive, no real structure for development or career path except through politics.
