Certain teams have a very pleasent atmosphere, there are some pretty good benefits in the form of socializing organized by SSI (hotdog day, etc.). No time sheets. Decent pay after a while. Relatively flat hierarchy with room for some initiative.

Cons

Is turning more and more into a corporation (in the bad sense of the word), not all employees promote a plesant atmosphere (gossip)
