      Not much room to grow or learn.

      Pros

      Exposure to a lot of different market research companies.. They do recognize your hard work and performance and reward you accordingly... Not necessarily always in money/salary but in Work from Home allowances, holiday considerations, etc.

      Cons

      Depending on the team you're on you could be overworked and underpaid. Workload is not balanced and titles don't really mean anything.

      very solid and highly professional project management team

      very not competent management on all levels no employes appreciation no career path low salaries high stress level long working hours and its expected always some technology related issues low moral
