      *A chill and friendly atmosphere *Relatively flexible for working at home *A growing company with a lot of cool projects and technology with lots of potential *Next to a nice shopping center

      Good location, free soda, monthly happy hours, ping pong, good developer hardware, fitness programs. Good developers.

      Cons

      No opportunities for developer growth of skills or position. Paranoia-inducing hostile method of letting employees go. Lack of good direction and too much time spent putting bandages on old problems.
