Cons

Poor leadership, new leadership bringing in toxicity and culture of micromanagement Leadership lacks strategic vision, ability to remove barriers, and accountability Leaders do not empower their teams, simply burn them out Poor product management creates a rippling effect of problems across the business, including burnout just to keep up Leadership will not address the issues with product and just makes everyone else compensate

Pros

It used to be an amazing team. A lot of fun, people had your back, you really felt part of something and were excited to come to work.

Cons

Lack of leadership, micromanagers at the top No vision, just a lot of running around doing things with no strategy Cliquey bullying culture is like middle school, super unhealthy and stressful Unequal treatment between those that worked with CMO before and those that didn't
