Pros

Loyal company, hard working, and comfortable atmosphere. Very understanding management; you feel like "you" come first.

Cons

Most investments are geared towards the programmers, sales, etc., which drives the product, but back office personnel do not reap any of the benefits. No reviews or raises in my time here (and even longer than that I've been told). Investments in technology are made for the field, but not the back office, which supports the field and keeps the auditors away. Too many manual processes and workarounds for a company that sells IT solutions.

I wish there were some extra amenities such as on site/ subsidized childcare, and more lunch options
