      The culture of R&D in the company is excellent. There are many opportunities to diversify your professional development. The everyday challenges make it a great environment.

      Cons

      The company is growing, it's big but not huge. There is work in progress in terms of polishing procedures and general management across all levels. Top-down communication can be improved.
