Great product but the culture is terrible

Pros

It’s a great product and global culture, it can be a great place to work but it depends on the team. Possibility to make good money in sales.

Cons

My team had less than 1% diverse candidates, which contributed to an extremely toxic culture where everyone was stressed. As a diverse candidate, you may face prejudice and pushback by default. Additionally, sales territories are poorly planned, and commission structures are unclear, which means you could end up with nothing despite closing deals due to a broken process. Agreements are often not honored, and there is a lack of accountability for outcomes.
