People other than top executive managers are nice.

Cons

CEO is Charlie with his 3 Angels of nothing. He is never there , and the only people promoted are Chinese and people who kiss his bum or family relatives of his top 3 girlfriends.

Free parking, easy life if you’re leader’s family or friends

Cons

Disaster management team. Leaders yell on employees, treat employees like slave. Leaders judge employees performance only base on how close that employee to the company owner. Full of secrets and scandals. If you’re not friends or families of the owner, try to avoid otherwise be prepared for humiliation.
