Pros

Close to Freeway.

Cons

Upper management is there to kiss up to the CEO and protect their jobs. They do not look after their direct reports. The bedding and textiles design needs new blood the designs are stale and dated very 90's. Stop righting good reviews because HR wanted there ratings higher for better candidate recruitment.

Pros

Nothing I can think of.

Cons

I've worked at many companies before (at least 6) and this is by far the most unprofessional workplace. The culture is like a "chinese" workplace. Cheap, cheap cheap. Managers yell at employees and everything is secretive. Managers have no backbone to support you cause they are afraid to get in trouble unless you "know" someone up top. They will fire you without warning or justification, just because you don't get along with them or don't speak fluent mandarin. Don't waste your time here, there are much better organized, professional jobs elsewhere.

Pros

Scheduling, Parking, lots of places to eat nearby for lunch, right off the freeway. Some staff are friendly while others pretend you don't exist.

Cons

Lack of training and investment in employees, all projects are last minute because conversations with each other, Youtubing, Facebooking and being on your phones throughout each work day is more important than actually getting work done. It was always difficult to reach someone regarding projects and processes of. They are never really available for you, even when you're new. Dress code applies to some people, not everyone. I always found this to be unfair. Lack of ethnic diversity..most are Hispanic in the warehouse and Asian in the offices. I notice they like keeping it this way. I think its discriminatory. Very unprofessional environment, unorganized management and they would rather throw away good and dedicated employees rather than retain them. replacing them with someone of preference is more important.
