Great people and good potential but strategic product and market vision is lacking

Flexible work environment, important solutions and interesting customers. Excellent customer base and great potential exists if innovation and creativity are promoted.

Cons

Product vision is dated, legacy applications require coding on each deployment causing high PS costs, not leveraging new technologies like IoT, caught up in the past vision of B2B, not looking at how to enter new markets, and grow the revenue potential... Organization is resistant to change and new ideas...

Pros

Nice company to work for to start a career in Austin,TX. Company provides flexibility as allows you to work from home. Company has few really good people to work with and learn.

Cons

A lot of work needs to be taken care of by single person, no defined responsibilities for a given departments. One really needs to work across departments to get the deliverables completed, in a way good opportunity to learn a lot.

Company has got great employees and flexible work environment. That pretty much is all that E2open has got going for them

Cons

Too many to mention. Secretive management, clueless HR, not much career advancement, so-so benefits, silo-ed teams. On top of that the recent buy out by insight has got most staff worried about their job.
