Well organized and managed company seeking to set and meet goals. It measures itself and employees against them, and communicates its strategy effectively. There's a strong work ethic present and emphasis on hiring high quality people who fit with the company's industry and culture.

Cons

Reliance on home offices creates a remoteness to the work experience. The company is still working out how to create a sense of team work within that context, especially in the sales organization. It has a strong short term focus generated by recent IPO and is working out how to balance that with long term growth goals.
