Pros

Diverse clients, great people to work with. Ability to work in office and remote. As far as consulting work goes - its a better environment than most.

Cons

The same people move ahead in leadership. No diversity at the leadership table. Same CEO for at least a decade. Feels like an echo chamber.

Pros

Variety of projects and service lines so you will never feel bored with your work. Paid licensing and professional development. Flexible hours and hybrid work opportunities. Multidiscipline project teams. Emphasis on community outreach, diversity, and mental health.

Cons

Career growth paths could be more clear to younger/newer employees. Sometimes longer work weeks/days or travel are expected to meet project deadlines. The flexible hours do help balance this out though.
