EA has an excellent reputation in the industry and a terrific internal culture that strives to encourage collaboration and professional growth. Lots of technology support and opportunities to learn about the solutions and projects we have completed. The Public Benefit Corporation designation is an integral part of the company's strategic plan as is the DEI program. Leadership is continually improving the organizational culture and recognizing individual and team contributions.

A wide range of projects can create alot of challenges. Some projects are pretty complex but that can also be a pro. Sometimes you have to figure things out for yourself.

EA is a great place to work. It is a super congenial environment. Everyone I have had to work with is very friendly and helpful. They have been flexible with everything related to COVID. It's a midsize company with a small company feel.
