Pros

Steady workload with a consistent number of new projects won; this company swings above its weight class by utilizing small business advantages in government contracting. It is becoming a well recognized federal environmental contractor. There are opportunities to work on a wide variety of challenging projects. Benefits are average to good, highlights are employee ownership (stocks) + 401k for retirement savings and some roles offer flexible hours. Healthcare plans are good value, but not exceptional.

Cons

State and federal contracts make reporting somewhat burdensome for day to day project management. Training, advancement, and roles are not very well defined within the company.

Pros

Great place to work with nice people and management.

Cons

A lot of traveling for work, can be gone for weeks at a time. This can also be a pro depending how you look at it.
