Pros

Lots of room for growth and pay raises. Consistent work year round with slight lulls, but even during those lulls people remain busy and billable.

Cons

Projects vary, but there are some instances of poor planning during prep phases of projects.

Pros

Pretty typical consulting company with above average benefits but below average wages. Everyone in the office is willing to work together and pull their own weight. People here tend to enjoy what they do.

Cons

Raises are pretty small even though the company stock value has gone up huge the past few years.
