Pros

Our company offers the best training, support, encourages growth while challenging each and every employee to perform their very best. The benefits are amazing, and still one of the few companies in the United States that offers an Employee Assistance Program (Claremont EAP) for their employees; because EAH Housing cares. New Development & New Opportunities..A Roof is just the beginning!

Pros

Co-workers and residents and helping those in need of housing.

Cons

All expectation and no reward. You’re held accountable for everyone else’s mess-ups and the company’s past failures. If you work hard and do a good job you can expect to have a lot more piled on. It’s a grinding machine where you are used up until you’re expended and then replaced.
