Pros

Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, 403b w/ Company Match, Wellness Program I have a supportive team and value my supervisors feedback and mentorship. I'm constantly asked about what they can give me for professional development. Senior Management seem to care about employee opinions through surveys and have made changes to improve.

Cons

There is always something a company can improve on, but I'm genuinely a happy employee at EAH. EAH is always looking at ways to improve and change can be difficult for some employees who are used to doing something a certain way.

Pros

EAH Housing is a non-profit company that has been in business for 50 years and still expanding. Innovation in developing and managing is top priority although, the company's success is the people that are employed by EAH. EAH offers great benefits, training and most importantly support. Individual and team support.  EAH offers Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance and 4% match on 403b.  Have Summer Picnics/Winter Parties and regional events  Winner of Best Places to work in Hawaii in 2016 and 2017  EAH pays competitively!  Wellness Programs  11 Paid Holidays  Professional Development  EAH University  Expanding in Hawaii and Southern California

Cons

EAH Housing is a great company to work for and with success comes milestones. As the world changes, EAH makes every effort to be a leader in affordable housing development and management of housing. There are at time some learning curves that take time to adapt and follow through but with EAH’s support, many can acclimate to the changes and complete tasks.
