Best reason to work at EAH was an opportunity to show my skill, and customer service. Management has its ups and down. Just like other companies do.

Cons

The down side is I really didn't have any to say about this company. Management is where it starts. I was able to train my Techs. I was able to train 4 Techs to go on their own and take care of work orders. On a dialy basis. I'm glade.and happy they were ablemto learn from a experience Maintenance Supervisor.
