Low pay with poor management and communication.

Pros

Good PTO policy Good coworkers

Cons

Communication is a mess, very disconnected. Upper management is out of touch with the daily ongoings, do not expect to be recognized or compensated for hard work. Very low pay for the job requirements and hazards. Can't maintain or replace staff fast enough to support the remaining staff.

- coworkers are great, had a problem with very few - team leads are excellent

Cons

- You're doing the work of 3 people - They're reluctant to compensate you for all the work you do - Company that bought ECCO are frequently dishonest - Travel budget will mainly be on your own dime
