Pros

Was the best company when I first started there, felt like a family, a job I would never leave

Cons

after they were purchase by the new parent company it all went downhill. Everyone was a number, no one cared about the employees or retaining the good ones, shady things were done. Do not recommend!

Good PTO policy Good coworkers

Cons

Communication is a mess, very disconnected. Upper management is out of touch with the daily ongoings, do not expect to be recognized or compensated for hard work. Very low pay for the job requirements and hazards. Can't maintain or replace staff fast enough to support the remaining staff.
