Pros

Can’t really think of one actually.

Cons

Short term planning - it’s always about satisfying a particular customer for the sake of quick wins and disregard most data informed initiatives. Toxic working environment - a lot of politics, bullying and closed door discussions.

Pros

Pay is good and admin is very organised.

Cons

A bit of toxicity. Asked me if I’m on refugee status or something infront of all staff. Also asked me to come in even when I was sick and to top it off no work flexibility on hours. Fired me because they were not sure if I’ll be well soon

Pros

There is nothing good from this company, push to hit the target and pay rate is very low. Don’t waste your time!!!

Cons

Bad management, bad supervisor. First day of work the supervisor her name is Tina gave the kpi and pushed you to hit the target. At first she said should be focus on quality but when work for 2 hours she started with the ridiculous Kpi. When you don’t hit the target she gonna send you home.
