Pros

A few good people who work there.

Cons

Very Un-Professional Management and cheap too. They lack dealing with human interaction and communication skills on the job. No team work within the working environment.

Pros

The company has some, but not many. Good benefits is one of them. Insurance is not expensive and it's good. Another is the few people they have left that are good to work with, but all those people are either already looking for a new job or have no choice, but to work there because of the situation they are in. Another perk is that you can borrow some Echo equipment. Any yard work that you have to do can be done with Echo equipment. Japanese people are very nice as well, especially below the managerial level.

Cons

They have many. Company is outdated when it comes to methods and technology. They are trying to get better, but constant push back by HQ does not allow them to get to proper decade of manufacturing. Also they are trying to get a better system in place, but the outdated business system they are using is too complicated for new hires to grasp right away. It is not user friendly at all and doesn't track stock properly because of the rules in place and people don't trust it. There is poor and unstable structure of the company mostly due to high turnover and the company grew too fast and they are creating and testing new positions sometimes. Communication is lacking on many levels, but nothing really bad compared to other companies. They have similar communication problems compared to other similar companies. The planning is random, chaotic, and all of the sudden in most cases. The management is impatient most of the time and want results quickly no matter what anybody is working on. Usually trying something without testing and deal with aftermath later. Due to minimum 2 meetings a day it is hard to accomplish something when everybody is at a meeting. Which lastly brings to professionalism and ethics. Not only there is much wasted time during all those meetings, but there is plenty inappropriate personal remarks that come from managers especially. This place reminded me of high school days where you had your nerds, your jocks, your bullies, etc.

Don't work here unless you need a job.

Pros

Good people. Health insurance cost is reasonable.

Cons

Not a professional company. No career opportunities. They don't promote from within. They typically hire the cheapest people they can find whether qualified or not. Many unqualified employees. Poor raises, far below industry standards and below cost of living increases. Salaries not competitive. Weak leadership from V.P.'s.
