Pros

Very supportive management and staff in every department. My manager really pushed to improve both the work envoirnment and our skills. It's rare when you leave a company on your own terms, not to mention you can't really think of much negative to say.

Cons

There's a few employees that could work on improving their skills to keep projects on schedule.
