Pros

The president will remember you and walk around often asking how you are doing. Really a nice way to make you feel valuable and appreciated. Very flexible working hours for office workers, pay is on par with regional averages. Promotions can come fast if you work for them, do not need someone to leave to get promoted. Unique experience working with Japanese parent company that exposes you to international business.

Cons

Due to the expanding nature of the business, you will experience many changes in your job over time. Can be a great learning experience.
