Too much politics in every department. The management has no directions at all. Appraisals are late. HR has no directions.

Pros

Underlying product - postgres - is great.

Cons

Unfortunately the office has been reduced to a call center with reps sitting on each others lap and told to basically robodial customers. It's no wonder the average employee tenure is dropping by the day. It's almost like management are deliberately trying to build a jigsaw with the wrong pieces.

As with every position I hold, I am grateful for the people that I meet. It is unfortunate that the founders were set a aside.

Cons

Expectations were explained on your way out the door. Lacking in communication and respect for employees.
