      EnterpriseDB hits the sweet spot between "startup culture" and "big corporate culture." There is the small company vibe, wherein you can talk to everyone and get things done. And there is enough room for flexibility in processes for individuals and teams to choose what works best for them, while having the support of the larger organization. Company genuinely cares about employees, customers and their success.

      Cons

      Commute to the Bedford area can be very challenging.

      * Some very bright people work here * Opportunity to work with some key PostgreSQL community members * Some really great clients to work with

      * Practically hostile to the PostgreSQL community * Rapidly becoming a mini-Oracle * All about the $$ * Absolutely HUGE case of NIH syndrome * Uncommunicative leadership * Everything that is done is done for the financial advancement of upper management
