      If you are a highly motivated person, you will be given many opportunities to learn new things on your own.

      Cons

      EDB does not care about people, and will shed, reorganize, or demote staff without warning. Executives do not believe employees matter in the end. Not really. You're more likely to learn of your new job title through a company-wide blast than to receive a performance review. Before taking a job with EDB, ask these questions: - how long have my potential coworkers been on the job? - how many people are in my dept now? - how many were there a year ago?

      As with every position I hold, I am grateful for the people that I meet. It is unfortunate that the founders were set a aside.

      Expectations were explained on your way out the door. Lacking in communication and respect for employees.
