      Pros

      Being a startup you get to learn a lot & work with the top executives at the company.

      Cons

      - The company has no process against how they maintain the organizational hierarchy, how they give promotions, increments & change job titles. - They do not value their employees & their hard work, neither are the employees given a chance to move to the next level, they keep hiring from outside due to which hardly any employees get a chance to grow.

      Great place to work. Incredible technical team and a fantastic sales team.

      Pros

      EDB wants to change the world and we are doing it. The technical team is top-notch, employing many of the leaders in the PostgreSQL world. We also have a great sales team that consistently produces great results, quarter after quarter. The work is very interesting and very challenging. And working with the open-source community means that we share a knowledge base much deeper than would be possible in a purely proprietary company.

      Cons

      The work load is ver* heavy - we tackle a lot of hard problems and try to fit the solutions into schedules that keep our customers happy. There is a certain amount of tension between the open-source advocates and others who may be accustomed to working in old-style proprietary environments. Finding the right balance can be a challenge.

      Great Work life Balance, Good Pay, Good Opportunities.

      Cons

      Everything is compartmentalized, Only Sales enablement can Prospect and add leads to CRM but they have aren't concerned with the quality of of the leads. Really Bottlenecks the process.
