Lots of Oracle folks doing Oracle things results in toxic culture. Turnstile mentality across the board.

Work culture is good. Can learn more about Postgres.

Cons

There are lot of politics inside the company and only the person favored by the higher management can grow in the career. Interview process is too tiresome. Sometimes HR will update after 2-3 weeks.
