Wellness Fridays. That is the ONLY pro!

Cons

This place is a joke! If you’re interviewing, run away fast!! These people do not care about anyone. Leadership is just moving furniture around with no real strategy. They just move their mouths and use big words. The Marketing team is the MOST dysfunctional team one can imagine. The leaders in Marketing are genuinely awful. Toxic is the nicest word to explain this culture. The ONLY reason people have not bolted is because the job market has slipped. Most can’t wait to get out!

"CMO" needs to go!

Postgres is a very popular database, and this company helps run Postgres in their companies

Cons

Where to start. There's a new CEO who wants to make this an "AI Company." He sounds smart, mostly because of his British accent, but clearly knows nothing about the technology we offer. Then there's the interim CMO. He's got some "frameworks" that he likes to talk about, but he doesn't seem to know what he is doing. He let go of some very good in-house resources in favor of much more expensive and less qualified outside resources. The result? Well, time will tell I guess? More money, less output, fewer qualified leads? Jury is still out I guess, but the "CMO" has made some very questionable decisions.

Pros

Most of the talent has left the company. If you go to work here you will regret it. They monitor your every key stroke then call you late on Friday to ruin your weekend. Move on the the next company. You would be better off anywhere than to work for this group of clowns.

Dishonest Treat employees poorly Have no real product (selling over priced support contracts)
