Pros

EDB was the best in the industry, caring for the customers and was the best at what they did. I was proud to work there and proud of the service we provided for the customers.

Cons

Started great but was bought by financial investment firm and all went downhill. They fired all those who cared about the customer. Streamlined employees by cutting to the bare minimum to run the company and let customers suffer for it. The product roadmaps and innovation were stalled and all with experience were let go for those who would do the job for the cheapest. Luckily I left on my own terms before they started the cuts.

Pros

Salaries are fair, wellness fridays are great.

Cons

Upper management is awful - nothing gets done. Culture is to blame others for things that don’t get done - turnover is a weekly occurrence, communication is awful and people are in roles they don’t know how to do.
