Pros

Once a month you got Friday off. Good mental wellness company.

Cons

Micro managing style. You have a pay plan, if they feel like you’re going to make too much in any given month, they figure out a way to reduce the commission. Happened multiple times.

Pros

Great executive team. Always accessible and willing to listen.

Cons

There are a number of hard-working employees that act as "pillars" for the company. Unfortunately, those individuals often end up leaving, as their dedication goes unrecognized. Company culture is damaged from underperforming employees becoming defensive and hostile. Because of this, the sense of "team" has diminished.. every man/woman for themselves.
